If your item(s) has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and is within our 5 to 7 days return period.
Items can be exchanged only once after receiving the orders. If you notice any damage in the products kindly share us at the time of delivery, to prove the claim. Once we receive your return item(s) and our backend team has inspected it, we will be able to ship your exchange upon receiving your return.
We accept the following payment methods: Phonepe payment gateway.
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products including composites and color. The color you see will depend on your computer system.
No, but we can customize in size/length.
Once you have confirmed and placed an order, it is not possible to add items to it. You are requested to place a fresh order for any new items. Additionally, you can make modifications to your existing order i.e., change color (subject to availability) or size or both within 24 hours of placing the order. We provide shipping within India & to International locations. We have arrangements with leading Indian & International logistics providers to handle your orders safely within the given time period.
Our prices are inclusive of sales tax. This tax will be added automatically at the checkout of RAAH THE WAY customers.
